24K Gold Keum-Boo Cross

This gold and sterling silver chunky cross was created using several age old techniques. Lost wax casting was used to hand carve and cast the cross in solid sterling silver. It was then finished using the Keum-Boo technique of applying 24K sheet to the sterling silver for a spectacular look! This piece was then oxidized for a black accent to create a dramatic effect.
